About these terms
These terms apply when you book a shipment with SwiftShip Logistics, use this website, or store items with us.
Booking and prices
- Prices are calculated from the weight, size, route and service you choose, and shown before you confirm.
- If the actual weight or size differs from what was declared, the price may be adjusted.
What you can send
You must describe contents truthfully. We do not carry illegal goods, weapons, dangerous goods without approval, or cash. We may refuse or return any shipment that breaks these rules.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen because of weather, customs or events outside our control.
Loss or damage
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Our liability is limited to the declared value when cover was added, and otherwise to the limits in our service conditions.
Payment
Invoices are due by the date shown. We may hold shipments or stored items until overdue amounts are paid.
